Looking for a roommate
I'm looking for a new roommate, preferably a non-smoking clean and responsible female. The apartment is the top floor of a 3-family house set in a relatively quiet neighborhood. It's fairly spacious with bay windows, a large kitchen, porch, pantry, den, and ceiling fans. We even have our own washer and dryer and storage space in the basement. There's a great backyard for barbecues.
Oak Square and the YMCA are just at the bottom of the hill where there are also several bus lines available including #57 and #501 which take you directly downtown. It's a 10-minute walk to Brighton center where there are a number of great restaurants and pubs. Off-street parking is not a problem, and the Mass Pike and Soldier's Field Road are within a mile away.
The apartment is available from May 31, 2008.

Apartment Available June 1
Moving to another apartment June 1, and so we are looking for someone who might be interested in moving into our apartment! Obviously no fee.
Rent is $1250/mo. It's a one bedroom on Sutherland Rd in Cleveland Circle, near the B, C and D lines. The kitchen has a big gas stove and built-in microwave and plenty of cabinet space. The bathroom was recently renovated, and there is ample closet space. What else? Hardwood floors! Coin-op laundry is in the building, right across the hall. The management company is great, very friendly and responsive. We like the place a lot; we've been there two years. Available June 1!

Looking for a Roommate
Nice Brighton house seeks 5th roommate to share expenses. Prefer working professional. In the house currently we have two guys (including myself) and two girls. I am the youngest at 35 years old . The room is pretty nice, good starter room. We share our portion of the heat and electric and you have the option of taking the third share of the internet (it is currently shared by the 2nd floor residents now..can be wired but wireless preferred). Rent is $430 per month payable directly to landlord; the utilities are paid right to the utility companies. Garbage every Monday evening. The place is at 41 Murdock St, 5 houses down from St Elizabeth's Hospital. It is a very quiet neighborhood and nice place to live. Walk to 57 bus and green B trolley. Kitchen and bathroom and living area shared.along with a really nice 2nd floor porch for summer months!!
